  • Greetings and welcome to the Kitchen Academy Blog! My name is Chef Peleg Top and here you will find the documented story of my cooking school experience. Since I was a small boy I have always loved to be in the kitchen. Being a Chef was something I only dreamed of becoming. So last year, I decided to fulfill a lifelong dream to become a certified chef. I enrolled myself at The Kitchen Academy in Hollywood, California and for the next 30 weeks I spent my time getting trained in the culinary arts by some of the best chefs in town. Graduation Day

After six weeks of externship we gathered at the School one more time for our farewells and to receive our diplomas. I was selected to give the graduation speech. Here is a video of the speech I gave (5 minutes) as well as a short recap video of our 30 week experience.
